Step 1. Quotation

• Send window schedule (ie. scaled drawings with lengths and widths)
• Type of window required (ie. timber/alu-clad or uPVC/alu-clad)
• Colours (ie. standard, metallic, wood grain or RAL)
• Glass (ie. double glazed or triple glazed)

The quotation is given on the above information.

Step 2. To place an order

• A technical engineer will visit the site to take accurate measurements
• 50% deposit required with the order

Step 3. Installation

• Allow 6-8 weeks for uPVC windows
• Allow 8-10 weeks for timber alu-clad windows
• 45% of total required on delivery
• 5% on completion of installation

Step 4. Certificate

• A certificate will be issued with the u-value of the product

Step 5. Service

• After you move into your new home we will arrange a final visit to do a final adjustments
