Only our trained Internorm [1st] window partners and specialist dealers can guarantee adherence to current engineering practice as,for instance, RAL assembly. What should you be aware of when your windows are installed?
- Room ventilation, temperature and damp: All bonding points between walls and windows must have an airtight seal on the inside. This prevents warm air form the room infiltrating the joints, cooling down and encouraging condensation and mould-growth.
- Heat and sound insulation: The middle layer of the attachment joint is completely filled with proofing material. This takes care of the heat and sound insulation, but not wind- or damp-proofing.
